Take the first step in discovering more potential treatment options for autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD): participating in research. You can potentially help make a difference for yourself, your loved ones, and future generations by joining the ANCHOR Study.
You may be able to participate inthe ANCHOR Study if you:
–––––
Are 18 to 55 years of age
–––––
Have a diagnosis of ADPKD
–––––
Have mild to moderate kidney dysfunction
If you are interested in participating, the study doctor or staff will review additional study criteria with you.
Qualified participants will receive all study-related treatment and study-related care at no cost. Participants may be reimbursed for travel and expenses.
The ANCHOR Study is evaluating the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medication in potentially slowing down disease progression in participants with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).
If you join this clinical research study, you will receive either the investigational medication or a placebo (something that looks like the investigational medication but has no effect on the body). Both will be administered intravenously (delivered through a tiny tube into the vein) every 4 weeks.
The study will last about 2 years and will consist of approximately 28 visits to the study clinic and 1 follow-up phone call after the final dose of the study medication.
